While exceptions are occasionally made, in general we do not list Retailers without Web sites, nor do we generally list Retailers who are strictly online store fronts who do not stock any or most of the products they sell. All retailers must provide complete contact information including street address and phone number for the company. Effective 1/1/2000: All Retail Web sites must have a published, easily accessible Privacy Policy that respects the privacy of the user. Effective 1/1/2002: All Retailers must offer an effective no-hassle money-back guarantee to purchasers (special order goods excepted); and must provide online easily accessible contact information, including a phone number, to the purchaser. Sites with email only customer service will not be listed. Effective 3/1/2003: If you do not have a Web site, you will be required to send us copies of your sales materials. Without some means to confirm your business, products and sales and return policies, we are not able to provide a listing.
